What areas are available for delivery?
Waiter With Wheels delivers @7 mi from each Restaurant and currently serves every zip code in Georgetown, Texas. Orders that are farther than 7 mi will be charged $1 extra per mile over 7 mi.

How do I place an order? is an online service. We urge all of our customers to see how Fast and Easy it is to order Online or on our App for Android or iPhone! If you need to reach us by phone, call 512-948-9732 and a Customer Rep will be with you as soon as they are available. 

How long does it take for delivery?
The average delivery time varies based on volume and time of day. We typically quote between 35-55 minutes and We recommend lunch orders to be placed the day before so you can secure your desired delivery time. We recommend that large orders be placed at least the day before and you can schedule deliveries days, weeks, or even months in advance.

What is the delivery fee and is there a food order minimum?
The delivery fee is $4.99  up to 7 miles driving distance from the restaurant

*There is a $1.00 extra charge per mile over 7 miles from the restaurant. 

We deliver @7mi from each restaurant. Orders farther than 7 miles from the restaurant may be available upon request and may have a larger minimum order and gratuity.

There is a $15.00 minimum food total for all orders per restaurant up to 7 miles. All orders subject to 3% processing fee on food total for operational costs.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover credit cards and Waiter With Wheels Gift Certificates.

However, we do NOT accept cash. 


Can I order from multiple restaurants?
Because of our wide delivery range and number of restaurants we don't allow multiple restaurants on the same order. However you may still place two separate orders from two restaurants. The order minimum and delivery fee will apply per order. You can leave us a comment after placing your first order letting us know that it's part of a multiple order; this has proven beneficial when planning your delivery. Your separate orders may be delivered by separate drivers. We recommend either splitting the gratuity or treating each order as though it will be handled by multiple drivers.

Can I order from a restaurant outside my delivery zone?
Delivery zones are limited to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner and will always arrive hot, fresh and delicious. Catering or larger orders are placed in advance and may be available for restaurants outside the delivery area for an additional fee. Please call 512-948-9732 and a customer service representative will assist you with your request.

How do I know that my online order has been placed?
All first time cash online orders must be confirmed by phone to ensure Customer address and phone number is correct. You will receive a confirmation number as soon as your order is placed online and a confirmation phone call is expected by the customer within minutes of placing your order. If you do not call within 15 minutes of placing the order, we are not liable for any orders that did not go through.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the restaurant. If you need to cancel or make changes to an advanced order, call 512-948-9732 and a manager will assist you.

I have a problem with my order, what should I do?
If there are any problems with your order, you must call us within 15 minutes of the order being delivered. We will confirm with the restaurant regarding the mistake. Once we verify with the restaurant that the problem was on their end, we will either re-deliver the missing/incorrect item or refund you the amount. If our driver has to re-deliver, you must give the driver the incorrect item. If the incorrect item is not provided or was correct after inspection, you may be charged for both items. We do not issue refunds for orders. Should you have an issue with your food, we will be happy to speak with the restaurant to assist in a refund. We are contractually obligated to not refund any orders without consent from the restaurant.

Is gratuity for the driver included in my order?
Gratuity is generally not included for orders. Please consider the efforts of your mobile waiter and we suggest tipping the driver just like you would a server in a restaurant.

All orders beyond 7 driving miles from the restaurant can be subject to an automatic 15-20% gratuity plus $1 for every additional mile.

Waiter With Wheels  reserves the right to implement an automatic gratuity to any order at our discretion. As independent contractors our drivers have the right to refuse delivery.


Is my coupon/gift card to (restaurant name) valid to use with Waiter With Wheels?
No. Only Waiter With Wheels coupons and gift certificates are valid with our delivery orders. Please dine-in to take advantage of restaurant issued coupons and gift cards.


How do I add a special request?
Once you've added an item to your cart you will need to click 'Customize' then type in your special request.

*Please note that any modifications made to your order may incur additional fees at the restaurant's discretion. For example many restaurants charge a fee for extra cheese, salad dressings or substitutions for side items.



Are Delivery Menu prices the same as if dining at the restaurant 

The restaurant determines menu prices for delivery. We always strive to have exact menu prices as the in house restaurant menu. However, there might be small variations.
